Refund & Returns Policy

At PR Store, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy is here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, perfumes and incense cannot be returned once opened or used.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including opened perfumes, incense, and any products used or not in their original condition.
